I can almost swear I had a game like this back in the day. And by "the day," I mean junior high on my Swan 386sx. I don't think it was anything compelling, but it was an alternative to Where in the World is Carmen San Diego.

There is a small game called Tabloid Tycoon but it isnt really good : ( Its fun for like a day but there isnt enough realism and ideas to make it the kind of game that is used in schools like Capitalism for example or Democracy.
